MINNEAPOLIS (July 2, 2013) – Robins, Kaplan, Miller & Ciresi L.L.P. is pleased to announce that the firm has been ranked seventh by The American Lawyer for the most pro bono work done by lawyers in U.S. law firms in 2012.
“We are very proud that the firm continues to rise in national pro bono rankings, reflecting a deep commitment to one of our core values. Our lawyers have a strong shared sense of responsibility to give back and provide equal access to our justice system, and we work daily to fulfill that commitment. Since 2008, more than seven percent of the firm’s total attorney billable time has been contributed to pro bono,” said Anne Lockner, chair of the firm’s pro bono committee.
The American Lawyer considered the total number of pro bono hours per lawyer completed in 2012, along with the percentage of firm lawyers who performed more than 20 hours of pro bono work.
