Robins Kaplan LLP is pleased to announce several new associates to join the firm’s Minneapolis office, expanding the ranks of the Business Litigation, Intellectual Property and Technology Litigation, Personal Injury, and Medical Malpractice groups.

Rajin Singh Olson is a registered Patent Agent with the U.S. Patent and Trademark Office who focuses on intellectual property and technology litigation. While attending the University of Minnesota Law School, Rajin focused on civil litigation, earning a concentration in the field while graduating cum laude. Rajin is a 2013 graduate of Iowa State University with majors in civil engineering, Spanish, and international studies. Rajin received his J.D. in 2016, and is admitted to practice in Minnesota.

Mary Pheng is an associate in the firm’s Intellectual Property and Technology Litigation Group. In 2016, Mary earned her law degree at the University of Minnesota Law School, where she advocated for individual clients in the school’s Civil Practice Clinic. During law school, Mary co-taught a 1L writing class and served as an editor of Law and Inequality: A Journal of Theory and Practice. Mary is a 2013 graduate of Macalester College. She is admitted to practice in Minnesota. 

Jaime Wing is a 2016 graduate of the University of Minnesota Law School, focusing his practice on business litigation. While attending law school, Jaime served as managing director of the Maynard Pirsig Moot Court, coaching second-year students to become better advocates. He also worked as an extern to a federal judge in the District of Minnesota. Outside of school, Jaime worked for two years as a certified student attorney in the Hennepin County Attorney’s Office. Jaime is a 2008 graduate of the University of California, Los Angeles, where he obtained a B.A. in political science. He is admitted to practice in Minnesota.
