Minneapolis, MN—Robins Kaplan LLP® is pleased to announce that it is the recipient of the Compass Award from the Leadership Council on Legal Diversity (LCLD).

The award is given to organizations that are involved in three key LCLD initiatives: the LCLD Fellows, LCLD Pathfinder, and LCLD Pipeline Programs.

Robins Kaplan has been involved in LCLD Programs since 2011. Most recently, Christine Yun Sauer was selected to the 2018 LCLD Fellows Program - a program established to identify, train, and advance the next generation of leaders in the legal profession. She is the eighth Robins Kaplan attorney to participate in that program since its inception. Additionally, Li Zhu was selected to the 2018 class of Pathfinders, an LCLD program designed to train early-career attorneys in critical career development strategies.

Founded in 2009, LCLD is a growing organization of more than 285 corporate chief legal officers and law firm managing partners who are personally committed to creating a truly diverse legal profession.
