Minneapolis, MN—March 14, 2017—National trial firm Robins Kaplan LLP® announced today that partner Jason Pfeiffer has been named chair of its Business Litigation Practice Group. Based in the firm’s Minneapolis office, Pfeiffer represents a broad range of clients, both defendants and plaintiffs, in commercial and product litigation cases.

Robins Kaplan’s Business Litigation Group is noted for its agility across a wide range of business sectors. The group has developed a strong reputation for serving entertainment, financial, food and beverage, insurance, manufacturing, and retail industry clients, as well as for its nationally recognized government and internal investigations and health care litigation practices.

Pfeiffer also has been appointed to a one-year term on the firm’s Executive Board, as has Michael Geibelson, managing partner of the Los Angeles and Silicon Valley offices.

Jake Holdreith, industry leader of the firm’s Health and Life Sciences Group, and Hollis Salzman, assistant managing partner of the New York office and co-chair of the Antitrust and Trade Regulation Group have been elected to two year board terms. Steven Schumeister, managing partner of the firm, and Ron Schutz, managing partner of the New York office and chair of the National IP and Technology Litigation Group were re-elected to two year board terms.

Schumeister will continue to serve as managing partner of the firm.
