Robins Kaplan LLP is pleased to announce it has deepened its Intellectual Property and Technology Group with two new additions to the California offices, Partner Steven C. Carlson and Counsel Kevin M. Pasquinelli. The continued expansion of the Intellectual Property and Technology Litigation Group in these offices will provide even broader services to companies ranging from start-up ventures to Fortune 500 organizations.

"We are very excited to add these highly skilled attorneys to our national Intellectual Property and Technology Group," said Michael Geibelson, managing partner of the Silicon Valley and Los Angeles offices. "Our reputation for success in high-risk, high-profile cases attracted them to us, and we look forward to seeing how their unique backgrounds and history of successes will continue to burnish our tradition of efficiently preparing cases for victory."

"These professionals bring outstanding experience to Robins Kaplan and the Intellectual Property Technology Litigation Group," said Christopher Larus, partner at Robins Kaplan and Chair of the National Intellectual Property and Technology Group. "We have successfully defended hundreds of millions of dollars of technology and brand investment, and I am confident our newest hires will bring us to a new level of success in the courtroom, within Silicon Valley and Los Angeles, and beyond."

Steven C. Carlson focuses his practice on intellectual property litigation, including commercial, patent, trademark, copyright, trade secret, and unfair competition. Carlson works closely with companies in the high-tech, pharmaceutical, and biotech fields to protect and promote their unique interests.
