Robins Kaplan LLP is pleased to announce that Christina Lincoln has been selected as a member of the 2022 class of Leadership Council on Legal Diversity (LCLD) Fellows. This program connects high-potential, diverse attorneys from LCLD member organizations for a year-long professional development program focused on leadership and relationship building. Additionally, Rashanda Bruce has been selected as a member of the 2022 class of Pathfinders, an LCLD program designed to train early-career attorneys in critical career development strategies.

Christina Lincoln is an advisor and experienced trial attorney with the firm’s Insurance and Catastrophic Loss Group. She represents insurers from across the United States and abroad with first-party property claims involving complex, multi-million dollar catastrophic losses. As a Management Liability Insurance Specialist (MLIS), Christina also specializes in advising and representing insurance company clients with claims under different professional lines/management liability policy packages, with a particular emphasis on directors and officers (D&O) liability insurance. She is a member of the firm’s Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion (DEI) Committee, the Women of Robins Kaplan (WoRK) working group, and the Women in Insurance industry group.
Rashanda Bruce is an attorney in the firm’s Mass Tort and Personal Injury Groups. Most of her practice is devoted to representing individuals and families in complex personal injury and wrongful death cases. Prior to joining Robins Kaplan, Rashanda worked in the Minneapolis office of a national law firm, representing clients in a variety of litigation and labor and employment matters. She was also a judicial extern for the Honorable Kate Menendez and the Honorable Sara Grewing. While in law school, Rashanda worked as a student attorney for the Child Protection Clinic and Innocence Clinic, participated in the William E. McGee National Civil Rights Moot Court, and served as co-president of the Mitchell Hamline Black Law Students Association. She serves on the Associate Board of the Diverse Attorney Pipeline Program (DAPP), and is a member of the firm’s Black Firm Members’ group, Attorneys of Color (AOC) group, and Women of Robins Kaplan (WoRK) working group.
