Kevin Pasquinelli (Silicon Valley) is an intellectual property litigator with more than 20 years of experience working in the technology industry. Kevin’s professional background incorporates a wide range of technologies and products, including digital hardware, medical devices, system software, software development practices, telecommunications technology, enterprise software, and network management software. He has represented clients ranging from start-up companies to the Fortune 500 in numerous patent, trade secret, licensing, and trademark disputes.
Erica Ramsey (Sioux Falls) practices in the firm’s national Business Litigation Group, representing both plaintiffs and defendants with an emphasis on catastrophic loss and product liability litigation. Erica also regularly represents clients in cases involving construction defect claims, contractual disputes, and consumer fraud allegations. She has a growing practice applying her experience to clients in the insurance industry, representing insurers in coverage and bad faith litigation and providing coverage advice.
Ben Steinberg (New York) is an antitrust litigator who prosecutes anticompetitive conduct, with a particular focus on conspiracies. He represents consumers and businesses harmed by price fixing, illegal monopolization, and other unlawful business practices. Ben has helped lead several groundbreaking lawsuits across the country, where he has recovered hundreds of millions of dollars on behalf of his clients. In 2020, the American Antitrust Institute honored Ben for “Outstanding Antitrust Litigation Achievement by a Young Lawyer.” Ben is an emerging public voice on antitrust issues and is regularly published in the national press.
Brandy Worden (Los Angeles) counsels clients on domestic and international cybersecurity, privacy, marketing and insurance coverage issues. In collaboration with businesses, she develops privacy and marketing compliance programs and negotiates contracts implicating personal data, including cross-border data transfers. Brandy prepares companies for cyber incidents by drafting incident response plans and playing them out in tabletop exercises. She also counsels businesses through the aftermath of cyber incidents, including representation in incident response as a breach coach, navigating regulator investigations and litigation, including privacy class actions. Brandy also applies her cyber expertise to represent insurance companies in coverage counseling and litigation involving cyber risks. In addition to cyber risk, Brandy represents insurance carriers in property, energy, and infrastructure industry claims (including those with damages exceeding $700 million) and litigation.
