Robins Kaplan LLP is proud to celebrate 40 years of success in Boston. Since opening its doors in 1982, the Boston office has remained dedicated to providing excellent client service, growing its practice areas, developing and growing a diverse team, and giving back to our community.
“I take great pride in the way we have served our clients and community over the past four decades, and I look forward to seeing our office continue to grow and flourish with the guidance of our emerging leaders,” said Tony Froio, Managing Partner of the Boston office.
The Boston office has earned many notable wins over the years, including several recent successes representing clients in significant business litigation and transactional matters, and a variety of insurers in national COVID-related cases. Our Boston attorneys work closely with each of the other offices of the firm on the most significant cases our firm handles.
Additionally, the Boston office has a long history of serving its community, most notably though its twenty-year history of hosting its annual golf tournament for the benefit of Special Olympics Massachusetts, as well as fundraising for the Boston Food Bank, Home for Little Wanderers, Project Bread, The Jimmy Fund, and many more. The signature golf fundraiser has raised over $975,000 for Special Olympics Massachusetts and its 14,000 athletes to date.
“This is an event that we look forward to all year long. It allows us to give back to our community in a meaningful fashion that each of us truly values and makes a difference,” Froio said.
Looking forward, leaders in the Boston office hope to continue advancing their insurance, transactional and business litigation practice areas while diversifying talent.
“Diversity is a crucial part of a successful team, and we are proud that seven of the last eight attorneys to join our Insurance team have either been women or from underrepresented groups,” said Melissa D’Alelio, Chair of the Insurance and Catastrophic Loss Group. “We look forward to continue diversifying our teams to become smarter and more successful.”
“We also look forward to continue expanding and diversifying our business litigation practice to best service our clients across a wide range of business sectors,” said Lauren Coppola, Chair of the Telecommunications Practice Group.
