Lauren Coppola - Chair, Telecommunications Practice
Lauren Coppola is an experienced commercial litigator who focuses her practice on telecommunications litigation, regulatory compliance and advocacy, as well as general corporate advice. She works closely with clients, including both large corporations and small, closely held companies, to navigate the cutting-edge arena of telecommunications, where regulations evolve quickly to match the breakneck pace of technological development.
Mark LaConte - Chair, Transactional Practice
Mark LaConte’s practice encompasses both commercial real estate and general corporate matters. He represents a variety of clients, including real estate developers, hospitality companies, high tech companies, manufacturers, and distributors in transactions that encompass commercial real estate, mergers and acquisitions, contract matters, and general business counseling.
Eric Magnuson - Chair, Appellate Practice
Eric Magnuson is a Fellow and Past-President of the American Academy of Appellate Lawyers. He served as Chief Justice of the Minnesota Supreme Court from 2008-2010. Both before and after his service on the court, his practice has focused almost exclusively on appeals in state and federal courts. Over 40 years, he has handled hundreds of appeals involving a wide range of issues including the constitutionality of the public school finance system, employment law, trust and probate matters, trade secrets, business contracts, corporate fraud, insurance law, and professional liability.
Denise Rahne - Co-Chair, Wealth Planning, Administration and Disputes
Denise Rahne’s practice focuses on disputes involving estates, trusts, fiduciaries, shareholders, and closely-held corporations. On those matters, she counsels corporate and individual clients facing a wide variety of active and potential litigation, including settlements, summary judgments, trial, and other litigation proceedings.
Steve Orloff - Co-Chair, Wealth Planning, Administration and Disputes
Steven K. Orloff is a seasoned estate and trust lawyer with significant experience handling the complex problems that can accompany high net worth individuals including succession planning in family business. He helps clients navigate challenges when disputes occur, through extensive subject matter proficiency in the complicated system of laws and regulations that control end-of-life wealth distribution.
