Christopher Larus serves as the firm’s National Trial Chair. For more than 25 years, he has helped leading technology companies protect and monetize their intellectual property. A Fellow of the American College of Trial Lawyers and a certified Civil Trial Law Specialist, Larus tries complex patent, trade secret, trademark, copyright, and licensing dispute cases in courts throughout the United States and internationally. He also has extensive experience planning and executing licensing campaigns for various IP assets and technologies.
Emily Tremblay is a patent litigator dedicated to protecting and monetizing her clients’ intellectual property and technology, as well as helping them expand and protect their competitive footholds within their respective markets. She represents clients in complex, multi-million-dollar patent litigation across various technologies and jurisdictions nationwide. She represents both plaintiffs and defendants in sectors such as computing, semiconductors, pharmaceuticals, medical devices, and mechanical engineering.
Aaron Fahrenkrog employs strategic patent enforcement to help innovative patent owners generate value from their portfolios. He has helped clients in the computing and semiconductor industries recover over $600 million in royalties before trial. He and his team also have helped patent owners succeed in Inter Partes Review proceedings before the U.S. Patent Trial and Appeal Board—over 90% of IPR petitions they have defended have resulted in non-institution or settlement prior to institution.
Logan Drew chairs the firm’s National IP and Technology Group. He represents both plaintiffs and defendants in complex patent infringement matters, technology licensing, and contractual disputes relating to clients’ critical IP assets. His litigation experience spans a wide range of technical fields, including semiconductor fabrication techniques and process control, integrated circuit design/architecture and power and thermal management, high-speed interfaces, image and graphics processing, graphical user interfaces (GUIs), mobile device technology, and consumer electronics.
