Robins Kaplan LLP is pleased to announce that Rashanda Bruce has been recognized in the second edition of the Lawdragon 500 X – The Next Generation. This guide, compiled through hundreds of nominations, independent research, and peer recommendations, celebrates those “who will define where the legal profession of our country goes.”

Rashanda is an attorney in the firm’s Mass Tort and Personal Injury Groups, dedicated to representing individuals and families in complex personal injury and wrongful death cases. She was a key member of the trial team that recently secured a landmark $7.75 million verdict against CRC Industries for its failure to prevent the foreseeable misuse of its aerosol dust remover products. The verdict follows the 2019 death of a woman who was killed in a vehicle crash after an individual who huffed CRC Duster struck her car head-on. This case highlighted the well-known abuse of aerosol dust remover products and CRC Industries’ neglect to prevent such abuse.

Rashanda is an emerging leader who has been recognized for her accomplishments and leadership skills by several publications. She was listed in The Best Lawyers in America: Ones to Watch 2024. In 2023, she was named an “Up & Coming Attorney” by Minnesota Lawyer, a “Minnesota Rising Star” by Super Lawyers, and recognized on Minnesota Monthly’s “Top Lawyers” list.
