Robins Kaplan LLP is pleased to announce that Pamela Berman has been chosen for inclusion in Massachusetts Lawyers Weekly’s 2024 Hall of Fame. The Hall of Fame honors seasoned members of the bar for their career accomplishments, contributions to the advancement of Massachusetts law, and efforts to improve the quality of justice. 

Pam has devoted more than 40 years to the practice of commercial litigation both in Boston and nationally. She focuses her practice on a broad range of business disputes, including commercial and healthcare litigation, contract disputes, employment litigation, securities litigation, and defending clients in government investigations in the healthcare, financial, and other industries. In addition to her work as a litigator, Pam is involved in several community and professional organizations. A current member of the Emeritus Board of the Women’s Bar Association of Massachusetts, she has also served as a past President of the Women’s Bar Association of Massachusetts and the National Conference of Women’s Bar Associations, as well as a past President of the Massachusetts Women’s Political Caucus. She has been and continues to be a member of the Advisory Committee for Judicial Nominations for the United States District Court for the District of Massachusetts. 

Based on her professional achievements, Pam has been consistently listed in The Best Lawyers in America and named a “Massachusetts Super Lawyer.” Last year, she was also named to the Massachusetts Supreme Judicial Court’s High Pro Bono Honor Roll, highlighting her exceptional commitment to pro bono work.
