Robins Kaplan LLP is pleased to announce that partner Lawrence A. Farese has been inducted into the National Academy of Distinguished Neutrals (NADN).

Lawrence A. Farese, Esq. is the managing partner of the firm’s Naples office.  He is a distinguished trial lawyer with more than 40 years experience in handling jury and non-jury trials on a broad range of issues.  He is a Board Certified Civil Trial Lawyer and Board Certified Business Litigation Lawyer, as well as a Florida Supreme Court Certified Circuit Court Mediator.  Mr. Farese is also listed in Best Lawyers in America and in Florida Super Lawyers in Business Litigation and Bet the Company Litigation.  A fellow in the prestigious International Academy of Trial Lawyers, Mr. Farese has transitioned his professional practice to mediation of civil disputes, and has now received the honor of admission to the NADN.

The National Academy of Distinguished Neutrals is a professional association whose membership consists of ADR professionals distinguished by their hands-on experience in the field of civil and commercial conflict resolution. Membership is by invitation only and all Academy members have been thoroughly reviewed and found to meet stringent practice criteria. Members are among the most in-demand neutrals in their respective states, as selected by their peers and approved by local litigators.
