Jessica Gutierrez Named to Profiles in Diversity Journal’s Women Worth Watching in STEM

Robins Kaplan LLP is pleased to announce that partner Jessica Gutierrez has been named to Profiles in Diversity Journal’s Women Worth Watching in STEM list, recognizing leaders who demonstrate excellence in their professions and promote diversity, equity, and inclusion within STEM industries.

Jessica is a trial attorney with extensive intellectual property and technology experience, who focuses on litigating patent, copyright, and trademark disputes. She helps clients navigate every stage of the litigation process, from pre-suit evaluation through appeal. She has successfully represented clients in federal district court, before the Patent Trial and Appeal Board, and at the Court of Federal Claims. Leveraging her engineering background, Jessica handles complex cases across industries such as medical devices, mobile technology, software, energy, and consumer products.

Based on her leadership skills and professional accomplishments, Jessica was recently listed in The Best Lawyers in America: Ones to Watch 2024. She has been repeatedly named a “Minnesota Rising Star” by Super Lawyers, and in 2021, was recognized as an “Up and Coming Attorney” by Minnesota Lawyer.
