Robins Kaplan LLP is pleased to announce that Jason Fair has been recognized with Profiles in Diversity Journal’s 2024 Latino Leadership Award. This award honors determined, high-performing, purpose-driven professionals who create value for their colleagues, clients, community, and the organizations where they contribute their talents.
Jason Fair is the Deputy Managing Partner of the firm’s Los Angeles office and co-chair of the Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion Committee. A seasoned business trial attorney, he counsels clients through all aspects of business disputes and represents clients in all forms of dispute resolution across state, federal, and private venues. Fair also handles high-value and industry-critical matters in the construction field, and due to his experience in this area, was appointed to Law360’s Construction Editorial Advisory Board in 2021. He has extensive experience with corporate removals, appraisals, and buyouts, as well as matters involving real estate development, commercial warehouse logistics, offshore oil bonds, equipment financing, and agricultural contracts.
Outside of his practice, Fair is committed to pro bono work, and frequently partners with outside agencies to protect the rights of impoverished, abused, and neglected children. As co-chair of the Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion Committee, he plays a key role in driving forward the firm’s initiatives related to diversity and inclusion.
