According to Twin Cities Business, this list is comprised of exemplary professionals who are instrumental in serving as mentors, doing pro bono work that addresses social and economic causes, and advancing diversity, equity, and inclusion efforts.
Niles is an experienced trial attorney that represents clients in high-stakes intellectual property and business disputes. She has litigated cases involving claims for patent infringement, trade secret misappropriation, business torts, individual torts, and breach of contract related to technology licensing, confidential and proprietary information, and non-competition and non-solicitation disputes. She is also a registered patent attorney and has experience with inter partes review proceedings before the Patent Trial and Appeal Board (PTAB).
Niles is committed to giving back to her local community by providing pro bono legal representation and supporting nonprofit organizations. She has represented clients through asylum and removal proceedings in immigration court, as well as custody and parenting time disputes in family court. She has also served on local boards, such as the Young Professionals Board for Cornerstone Advocacy Services, a nonprofit organization that helps adults and children impacted by domestic violence, sexual violence, human trafficking, and crime, and the University of St. Thomas School of Law Alumni Association Advisory Board of Directors.
