“The attorneys in our firm strive to create enduring and valuable relationships for the benefit of our clients, and we appreciate being recognized for our dedication to our clients’ interests and professionalism in our duty to the judicial system. It is very satisfying for us as a trial law firm to be recognized by our clients in the BTI survey for the dedication, professionalism and value we bring as lawyers,” said Martin R. Lueck, Chairman of the Executive Board of Robins, Kaplan, Miller & Ciresi L.L.P.
According to BTI, the two top criteria underlying the “Best Client Relationships” assessments were whether a firm has strong, well-established relationships as a primary law firm and vibrant, enthusiastic client recommendations. The Scorecard report draws on information garnered during one-on-one interviews with leading corporate counsel conducted between March 11, 2013 and July 22, 2013, during BTI’s 13th annual study of leading corporate counsel.
