Start time: January 14, 2025
12:00 p.m. - 1:30 p.m. CT

Duration: 90 minutes

Join Robins Kaplan for a pro bono training event with The Advocates for Human Rights, a non-profit organization focused on representing people in the Upper Midwest who are facing deportation proceeding from the new administration. This hybrid training is designed to provide attorneys with the knowledge and tools needed to effectively support those facing deportation, a critical issue that is likely to deeply affect many families and communities.

If you are interested in taking on a defense to deportation case but don't know where to start (or would like a refresher), join us for a training on the nuts and bolts of removal proceedings in immigration court. This practical training will cover topics like how to file in immigration court, prepare for an individual hearing, and supplement applications.

In-person attendees will have lunch provided at Robins Kaplan’s office. Online registrants will have a Zoom link provided ahead of the training.
