Minnesota Chapter of ABOTA
Katie Bennett, Andy Noel, and Peter Schmit will present at the Minnesota Chapter of ABOTA’s Masters in Trial program. During the program, presenters will conduct voir dire, cross-examination, and closing arguments, with a Federal Judge presiding, in front of a live jury. The day will include a presentation on diversity, equity and inclusion issues in trials and a discussion and analysis of the trial involving all participants.
