Robins Kaplan LLP is pleased to offer a complimentary CLE presentation, “From Contract to Courtroom: Lessons Learned in Contract Litigation and Trials.”

What can we learn from past contracts, good and bad, and how they played out in the courtroom? In this presentation, seasoned-in-house counsel, trial attorneys, and a jury consultant will examine lessons learned in litigation history related to various contract disputes and principles. By examining several public cases through the lens of in-house counsel, outside counsel, and the jury, we will identify how problems in IP, licensing, royalty, and acquisition agreements play out in litigation, arbitration, and—ultimately—trial, as well as over-arching contracting principles for better negotiation and drafting of agreements in today’s unique business environment and beyond.
