This complimentary CLE will examine themes from the Netflix miniseries When They See Us about the Exonerated Five (also known as the wrongfully convicted Central Park Five) and explore bias in Minnesota’s juvenile justice system. We will be joined by the film’s co-producer and first assistant director, H.H. Cooper, as well as an outstanding panel of juvenile justice experts. There will be a reception following the program.
