On Tuesday, June 6, Sherry Roberg-Perez spoke at the 3rd Annual Summit on Women Leaders in IP Law on the session titled, “Diversity, Equity and Inclusion in IP: Finding Balance with DEI and Women’s Initiatives.” While DEI initiatives complement women’s initiatives, it is sometimes difficult to ensure that the objectives of both are aligned. Panelists discussed some of the most pressing challenges in this area, including:
