Spring Conference 2020

The Conference of Tribal Lending Commissioners (CTLC) is a non-profit volunteer organization founded by and for American Indian tribes' financial services regulators and staff. CTLC offers professional development and training programs that range from basic examiner training and continuing education to compliance planning and management programs for tribal lending executives. CTLC is a forum for regulators to develop policy and enhance practices independent of the lenders they supervise and with consistency across the first nations. Through collaboration with government leaders, co-regulators, and industry participants, CTLC promotes the safety, soundness, and consumer protection of American Indian tribally owned financial services.
