On Tuesday, August 22, Michael Collyard spoke at the Commercial Receivers Association 2023 Conference on the session titled, “Scandals & Stories That Make Receivers Infamous.” He discussed his experience as lead trial counsel in one of the biggest Ponzi schemes cases in U.S. history, Kelley v. BMO Harris Bank, N.A., in which he secured a $563 million jury verdict – the largest jury verdict in Minnesota history.
