Robins Kaplan is proud to host this MSBA CLE featuring Minnesota Attorney General Keith Ellison, who will address antitrust issues in agricultural law. Attorney General Ellison will discuss recent merger and acquisition activity in the agricultural industry, local antitrust issues, and the impact of these developments on family farms and individuals in rural U.S. communities. Attorney General Ellison will also lay out some of his antitrust enforcement activities and agricultural priorities.
